Hi! I am a rightside/aux. setter looking to join a team. I played throughout HS and college and just miss playing. I am competitive but want to play for fun, about once a week. I am open to anything in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. If anyone can give me any leads, I'd really appreciate it!

Hey. I've been hoping to find a team of reasonably skilled people forever but it never seems to work out. I thought I'd go the other way and see if I
could rally up enough randoms to start our own. I've been playing around 15 years, and although a bit rusty, was really hoping to find a team at a higher
level of skill/knowledge than I've came across. I know if several open gyms around if you're interested in getting some playing in, and if I find some
more interested peeps, perhaps begin some talks of a league?

hello, I recently moved to Portland from Chicago and I don't really know anyone and I really want to get back into playing volleyball. I am and outside
hitter (short at only 5'7'') although I have played every position throughout the years. I have played competitively about nine years, all of high
school and 2 years of club volleyball in college, and of course intramural indoor and sand volleyball leagues. I am relatively competitive but am dying to
play, whether it is co-ed, all girls, intermediate or competitive. If anyone would like to play I would be very happy to join. By the way how is the open gym
scene around town??

i am moving to portland from anchorage, ak on feb 1st 09. i LOVE volleyball and have been playing all through highschool and ever since in competitive
women's, coed, and reverse coed b leagues. i am an outside hitter though i have played setter and middle when needed. i am a good all around player and
have a good attitude on the court. i have put my own teams together for quite some time but obviously wont know anyone! looks like enough people have replied
just to this post to look into starting a team? please contact me, i'd love to play!

I've been looking to be on a competitive team for a while now. I am 21, 5'9'' and play anywhere besides setter and middle. I played 4yrs in highschool and two years at a university before moving home to Portland to work and coach. I am taking a break from coaching to start up a recruiting website and would love to be on a team or at least play at open gyms in my spare time.
